Hi there! My name is Gina Moore, and I teach bassoon lessons in Dallas, Tx. I’ve been teaching bassoon lessons for over 10 years with students of all levels. With a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Master of Music in Bassoon Performance, I’m passionate about helping others learn to play the bassoon and develop a lifelong love of music.
I teach bassoon lessons with a personalized approach. I offer 30-minute one-on-one sessions that are scheduled weekly, allowing me to provide customized attention and guidance to each of my students. Whether you prefer in-person lessons at your home or school, or virtual lessons over Zoom, I’m happy to accommodate your needs.
In addition to teaching you how to play the bassoon, I also provide instruction in music theory and music history. I believe that developing a deeper understanding and appreciation of music can enhance your playing and enjoyment of the instrument. By learning the context and background behind the music, you can develop a more nuanced and sophisticated playing style.
